Here is the (not too long) list that we decided upon in order to maintain a good playing experience for all our members, be them young and old.
1) All members must be polite to other Guild members.
2) Foul Language is not tolerated. (with Ventrilo be very careful that there is are no minors in the group)
3) All members should try to help other members whenever they can.
4) You must stay an active member in the Guild. After 3 weeks of absence you will be removed from the Guild. (unless you have posted your absence in the forum) This is to insure that we have active members in the Guild and allow for new member to join.Â
Admendment to above rule: If you are absent from the Guild for more than 3 weeks You will be put on the Invite List if you have posted on the Forums under Leave of Absences. There is also a admendment of this rule in the Leave of Absences page on the forums. This admendment was posted on 4/7/06 I am posting it here also to clear up any misunderstandings.
5) All GvG Battles must have at least 7 members in the battle for it to be a Ranked Battle. Anything less will be an unranked battle. Only and me or a fellow officer can be the parties leader. No member can invite a Officer into there group to start a GvG Battle. If the Officer is willing to form a party then that Officer will invite the members into the group that he picks.
6) 2 Week probation for new members. New members ust wait a period of 1 week to join in any Rated GvG or any giveaways that the guild may have. During this two week period you CANNOT get materials or items from Guild storage unless you have also donated to it, you also can’t get loans from the Guild Bank. This is to control “Guild Skippers”.
7) Members in all Guild are Equals. We share the same name and will have all the same rights. Both the Red and Blue Guilds will be 1 large Guild and will all be treated as if they were in the same guild.As leader of the Guild I will ask you all to follow the rules we have put in place at all times. These rules are not here to control you or restrict you in any way. They are in place to create a friendly Community for all members to enjoy. We ask only for our members to take an active roll in our guild. I find that the best days in the guild are days that we spend helping with Missions and Quests as well as socializing with other members. I hope that that these rules will continue to make this guild and what it has to offer something that we all will enjoy for a long time to come. Thank you all for your help in making this such a great Guild.
