Hello all,
I just wanted to address all our Guilds to bring you up to date on our guilds. First as some of you have asked me. Why have you stepped down as Guild Leader? I have not and I will continue to run our guilds as I have always done in the past. But with Factions and the ever increasing needs of our members. I found that each guild needed to have a leader to run the day to day operations of that guild. I will continue to lead our Blue Guild in the day to day needs. I have Promoted 3 Officers to lead our Red,Green and now our White Guild.
I hope you will all welcome there leadership. Doomslayer will lead our Red Guild. Alexi Rose will lead our newest Guild the White Guild. Eric will lead our Green Guild. I will be working with all the new leaders to help them ease into the day to day grind. I ask you all to help where you can and also welcome in your new leaders. It is in my opinion that we need leaders for each guild as so that you as members will have a equal say in all our new Faction decisions. It is also important that each guild has a say in our Alliance Counsel.
There could be as many as 10 guilds within our Alliance and I am allowing all our Guilds to have equal say in the Alliance meetings. You will be able to discuss with your guild leader what you wish for your guild to do with Factions and anything else that comes with an Alliance. I hope this clears up a few of your questions. I also would like to congratulate Doomslayer, Alexi and Eric on there new positions. I look forwards to working with them and Digital of the Black Guild in the future. Thank you all for doing what you do everyday to make this a successful Guild.
