May Update

  Hello all Guild and Alliance members. This has been a very tough month for us all as we had to deal with alot of different issues along the way. I have to say we got thru these issues and remain very positive with the future of this Alliance and our Guilds. There are a few things I would like to update you all on and some new and exciting things we plan to start to put into place soon.

  The first thing I would like to talk about is the Future of the Alliance. We have been thru a rough first month but I have recieved positive fellings from everyone on the Alliance Guilds. The MK,Ebok and CE guilds have been nothing but awsome and there help and added members have made a real impact on the alliance as it is today. I thank there leaders for all there help but I would also like to take a minute to say thank you to there members for working so hard at being a part of this alliance. We have all seen what happends when guilds join in an alliance and have a agenda of there own. These three guilds have done alot with helping members thru the game. Faction farming and other Alliance functions have also been shared by our alliance guilds. I know we have taken a step back from where we were a week ago but I promise you we will return back to a visible alliance. We will be in the near future looking to add some new Guilds to this alliance but we will do this with all alliance guilds voting on the guilds to add. I will stress again the idea of this alliance is to enjoy the game and help each other thru the game. We would all love to own a large City but this is to be done in a way that will not put you all under stress. We will have some Faction Weekends in which we will do more farming of Factions and try to get ourselves to own a city. These weekends you will have the chioce to help or continue whatever it is you would like to do. There is NO pressure to faction farm it is just a fun way to try as a Alliance to get ourselves a town or city. Maybe we will have prizes or something fun to give to the Guild and or persons that contribute the most factions that weekend. These events will be all about cooperation between guilds and a friendly contest. If you have any ideas or suggestions for contests or weekend events please write your ideas in our fourms.

  Next topic I would like to address is something that I have had to put on the back burner lately but promise to address soon. Guild Storage. This matter can haunt me from time to time but I feel I have a way to help us all out. I am working on setting up 2 Full accounts (accounts with 6 Chars on each) These accounts will be avalible to all [Beer] guilds to draw on. I have set up an account with just materials, runes and an account with Weapons and upgrade items. this should make it easier for all Officers to find what it is you might need. But I will tell you all lately we have seen more Materials go out and not alot get put back in. These Accounts need your help. If you have Materials you are not useing please give them to guild storage so we can continue to provide these services to you all. Weapons donated to the guild should be Max dmg or green Items members might be looking for. We have a limited storage and we can’t hold everything but we are working hard at keeping what we feel is important for our members. I am working with our Officers and we have talked about setting up some days in which the Storage will be open to you all. This will help you know when you can get what you need and when we will be on the accounts. Lately I have been swamped with Pm’s asking me to get something from the storage guild. This is not a problem but when the same people keeps Pm’ing me every 5 minutes to say “are you done yet” it does sometimes can get distracting when I am in a mission or quest. Please understand I try to respond to everyone. But there are times you have to understand I am Busy. Also if there is any Alliance Guild that would like to join with this or help our in the storage Program Please let me know.

   The last topic I want to touch on involves all Alliance members and Guilds. We have re-opened our (Green Guild) although it is no longer known as the Green Guild……lol (you will see why) This Ideas really excites me as I feel we can again offer our members and Alliance members something not to many guilds can do. Some of my Officers came to me with a suggestion to make a guild not ”in” the alliance but still part of our Alliance. This might seem confusing but it is simple. This guild is there for anyone that would like to put an account in it so that they can go Anywhere in the game they want to. You will get faction from both Kursic and Luxon. These faction points will not be put into the Guild or even the alliance. these faction points can be used to purches Amber and Jade. These can be used for you to sell or Put into our Storage guild to be used for others to buy cheaper so that they can get the armor they would like. The reason this is being thought up is that many members have come to me and feel guilty or feel they have to explain that they will put the Faction back into the Alliance when they get there Armor they want. First there is no reason to be sorry. Get the armor you like we understand. I know you will make it up but there is no pressure to do so. This new Guild is something I hope all alliance members will take advantage of. I would hopoe you would all donate to the collection of these rare materials to help everyone out. But again there is no pressure to do this. I hope this tool will allow you all to see all of what Factions has to offer. Also for those members that need these Rare materials remember there will be a limited amount of these materials so please don’t come to me and ask me for the full amouont of these materials to buy your armor. Please spend some time getting what you need as this is a way that we can get you over the top sooner but not so that we supply everyone with a full set of armor. If we have members working hard at farming maybe we will offer prizes to you all that might include a set of armor of your chioce but again this is something we will address down the road. I am Happy to let you all know that Brandi has excepted the role as Leader of this guild. This Guild Falls under the [Beer] family and will be treated as a member of our guilds but will not be within the Alliance. All members of this Guild are welcome to join any parties and quests we are all in. There will be some communication issues for those not on ventrilo but I am sure we can work thru these issues.
