The time is near for us to start to form our Alliances.
I would like to address this issue with you all. I have taken this idea into thought and would like to share it with all of you and get some feed back from you all. We have many choices to make over the next couple of months and I would like to make sure we as a guild make the choices together.
With an Alliance comes some tough choices like, do we lead the Alliance or should we join an Alliance? That is just 1 question for you all. I will be talking to all Officers in all 3 guilds over the next couple of days to start this process.
I will say that we as a Guild will make some choices that some will like and some may disagree with. But I want you all to have your say in this matter. I will set up a Forum page with Guimo over the next couple of days. In this forum I would ask that you all offer us your thoughts and ideas. These issues will be discused with all officers. You all have my promise as your leader that I will take every topic and discuss them with my Officers.
We have grown to be a Strong and Large guild over the last couple of months. Thanks to Digital and Cj working with us we have formed a great partnership and now 3 strong Guilds (AS ONE!!). It takes great leadership and great members to pull this off. I am proud to say thank you to all officers and members for pulling this out in such a short time. It is very important for us to work as a team now as we have alot to decide.
Please visit our forums daily for changes and new topics. I have already talked with a small guild and they will announce there joining with us as soon as Factions is released. I will start to introduce them to our guilds very soon and I would ask all members and Officers to welcome them into our Community.
