First of all Happy New Year everyone!!!!!!
This has been a very good Year for everyone in the Knights and Heros Guilds as well as a very good year for our alliance. We have been thru good and bad this year. But I believe we have learned alot.
The year started with our Guild growing from just a 1 guild to a Blue and Red guild as we know them today. Then the news of Factions came out. We learned of Alliances as well as the new Expantion. Just before Factions we had Expanded to 4 guilds Strong Blue, Red, White, and Black Guild were born. Alliances here we come. When Factions came out we formed our Alliances and we were 10 Guilds Strong almost 800 members in all.
Most of the next month was a learning experience. I learned alot about other Guilds as well as learning how to communicate with other leaders of our alliance Guilds. I made some mistakes but grew with them. Then the bad news. The loss of one of our Guild mates Killed in a motorcycle accident. Karof Forak Brought us closer with his passing. we will always Miss him. Then the news of another Officer leaving us. This time the Officer was leaving to Defend us in Irac. Bulletstopper Left for Irac during the summer. The word went our to our Alliance Guilds about his leaving. When word got out there was a Huge Alliance party on the Ship in Lion’s Arch. It made me proud to see our Guilds as one Honor Bulletstopper. Faction caused a bit of a drop off in membership. But we were still 4 [Beer] guilds strong as well as a full Alliance and were starting to be reconized every where we went. People were starting to talk about the Beer Alliance. This all our Alliance Guilds should be proud of. We also maintained a very good Alliance Reputation thru-out the Guild Wars Community.
Late Summer we heard of the newest Expantion. Nighfall. Nightfall brought many new things to the game. Our guilds were starting to shrink from Factions. But now a new Expantion has brought some new life back to us. Our Numbers are starting to Grow again. Members are enjoying the new game as well as our Alliance guilds becoming one with us. I am hopeful that this Expantion will help us grow as a guild again as well as increase our numbers. But I am still a believer in getting to try to know you all before we expand to fast again.
I look forward to this year. I hope that this year will be a stronger more produtive year for our Alliance. But one thing is sure. I have meet alot of Great people and I feel i have many new Friends. I promise I will do my Best to Lead this Guild as well as this Alliance to the best of my ablity. Remember that you always can call on me if you need me for anything. I am Proud to say I am your leader. But I will never forget it is you that make this such a Great Guild and Alliance. Thank you all.
