Here is a quote from the GWonline.net forums written by user Grandel. It summarizes really well what is the new Underworld, accessible from Tomb of Primeval Kings (now a PvE dungeon area).
The new area isn’t hard, but there are a lot of enemy’s. And the bosses hit hard, are mezmers, and have a life regen. But each boss drops around 2-3 greens. It takea about 2 hours to get to hem, but the more people know how to do it, the faster it will get. A lot of mezmer mobs, some warrior mobs, and wurms (siege type, and the popup type). Spellbreaker is a must!if you want to trap your way to them – gl, it will take forever… There are 4 maps you need to defeat : The underworld, scared earth, the courtyard and HoH. After each map a timer starts, and you get teleported to the next when it reaches 0. Just like tombs used to work.
There are chests in there, and sometimes an ecto drops. But the mobs are mixed: warriors, with mezmer with even more warriors and mezmers.. Oh and there are spawn points for necro mobs which use rend enchantments. But don’t worry, with mobs using cry of frustration, shatter ench, power drain and so on 55 monks don’t stand a chance, unless they have a perma spellbreaker. You need to kill every mob on the map (except the necro ones that spawn from time to time) to get to he next one. After you kill the bosses, lost souls show up and clap. The end. Be sure to grab ALL the greens before the clock reaches 0 (from 0:30) or you will loose them. You get teleported back to town and a window with unclaimed items doesn’t show up.
Keep in my that we attempted it yesterday with mostly ranger trappers and we did good. You just got to be patient. If you are looking for more informations, go to our forums, I’ll post some more there.
